breakdown & repair

• Fixed Price Repair: from £150.00*

• Diagnose and Simple Repairs (up to 1 hour): £95.00

• All parts that may need replacing will be at an additional charge

• All new parts fitted have a 12 month warranty

• Any charges incurred for parking will be added to the final invoice

Annual maintenance/service

• All gas fired Boilers need regular servicing to ensure they are functioning correctly, safely, effectively and efficiently

• Boiler manufacturers recommend the gas appliance is maintained and serviced at least once a year

• Annual Maintenance cost from £65.00

• Annual Service cost from £95.00

• Any combustion seals, electrodes and other parts that may need replacing due to wear and tear will be chargeable

landlord gas safety certificate - cp12

• All gas appliances within a rented property must be checked for safety on an annual basis

• Landlord Gas Safety Certificate cost from £75.00

• Any defects identified will be notified and if found unsafe, the appliance will be turned off till fault is rectified (initial charge will still apply)

• Any defects identified will be quoted for to ensure the appliance is left in a safe condition.

out of hours breakdown & repair

• This is for visits after 6pm on weekdays & all weekend

• All parts that may need replacing will be at an additional charge
