If  you are experiencing problems with any part of your heating or hot water, including radiators and valve, we can provide you with a one of repair service. 

We will visit your property at the time that you have booked us for and always attempt to do the repair on the first visit. 

Most repairs can be done within 2 hours as we carry most essential parts and components of a heating and hot water system in the van. 

All you pay is a fixed price per visit, up to MAX 2 hours plus parts. If the job is a simple fix (under 1 hour) or we are called out to just diagnose the problem, the charge is £95.

If more time is required due to the boiler needing to extra work such as multiple part/component failure or if the Heat Exchanger needs replacing, this will be bought to your attention prior to carrying out the repair work. eliminating the potential for a job to financially spiral out of control.

Any parts to be replaced will be bought to the customer's attention prior to replacement. 

Fixed Price Repair costs £150

OFH Fixed Price Repair costs £250

Diagnose / SimpleFix (under 1 hour) cost £95

All parts that may need replacing will be at an additional charge

Any charges incurred for parking will be added to the final invoice

Any additional work that maybe be required that is not related to the initial Breakdown or Repair will be at an additional cost, that will be agreed prior to commencing.

Most callouts we will attend to will be repairable, as there is not many issues that we have not come across in the 25 years of working in the industry. If the repair is not possible due to an essential component being discontinued, we will provide you with a comprehensive quote to replace the heating or hot water system and a charge of £95 will still be due, which will be deducted from the final installation invoice should you wish to proceed. If however the customer wishes not to proceed with the repair as they may feel the repair/installation is going to be too expensive, the charge of £95 will be due. 

Payment will be due on completion of the work and can be made either with mobile app transfer or cash ( please note we do  not carry change )
